Can they not just stand by their son right now instead of all of this garbage?!
As you may have heard earlier, Usher and his ex-wife Tameka's son Usher Raymond V (yes that is his name) was rushed to hospital earlier after an incident at Usher's house and his pool.
The report is that the little boy reached for a toy in the pool drain and got his arm stuck. Workers on Usher's property managed to pull the boy out and performed CPR on him before medics arrived. He is currently doing okay.
Well, NOW Tameka has JUST filed legal documents asking for an emergency hearing regarding custody rights.
Usher has primary custody of the pairs 2 boys, but Tameka wants that changed ASAP.
She is claiming Usher is leaving their children's care in the hands of irresponsible people, who are not fit to be caring for them.
Fuel to the fire, Usher was not home when this incident occurred.

Let's just be thankful the boy is OKAY!!
