Well, all that matters in this situation is that the little guy is doing much better.
Tameka Raymond, Usher's ex-wife, filed an emergency hearing following the pool accident involving their 5 year old son.
She was stating that Usher was being irresponsible in leaving their child in the care of people who seemingly couldn't do the job.
It wasn't enough however, as the judge struck down her request for primary custody.
Tameka took the stand herself, and became quite emotional, when she said she wasn't sure if her son had suffered long term damage from under under water so long.
