Is This A Smart Idea: "Glee" Possibly Using Old Footage To Keep "Finn" Alive To Give PROPER Send Off??

Um.....
I don't like this AT ALL.
It was announced today that "Glee" has pushed back production on the start of their upcoming 5th season. This is happening in the wake of Cory Monteith's tragic passing.
This also means the show will debut one week later then was originally slated. The new air date will be September 26th instead of the 19th.
But the bigger news is this:
The shows producers have apparently met and discussed using old footage (not used) of "Finn", thus being able to tell more of a story with his death. The reasoning comes like this:
There has been talk about writing the first few episodes around old footage of Cory from the show and actually have Finn be alive for a bit in order to lead into a more emotional goodbye -- so it doesn’t feel sudden. The producers are weighing what the cast and his family think of the idea, and of course Lea Michele, to see if it’s at all plausible to attempt. Regardless, they want to do any angle with dignity.
How do you guys think they should handle Cory's passing??
Personally, I believe they should have the first episode of the season with the CAST. No episode. Have them remember Cory and have clips from the show, and that be it.
