Oh, sorry was this something that should have upset me?
Because it doesn't.
Chris Brown appeared in an LA court this afternoon after prosecutors moved to have his probation (ever since beating Rihanna) revoked after his hit & run charges stemming from the May incident.
Well, Brown and lawyer Mark Geragos fought.....
But the judge DENIED!!
Chris' probation has OFFICIALLY been revoked but he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear back in court in August, when the judge will decide what to do.
If convicted, Chris faces 4 years in prison.
